Important: You must have root access on your Android phone and have a USB cable to be able to do USB Tethering.
Step 1: Find and install USB driver for your Android phone. (Android USB drivers for Windows)
Step 2: Connect your Android phone to computer using USB cable.
Step 3: Enable Tethering option on your phone. To do this, go to Settings -> Wireless & Networks -> Tethering & Portable hotspot, then check USB Tethering.
